Winter time is not best for our skin. Especially for the face skin, which happens to be most exposed to every day struggle. Mix of cool air outside and the warm heat from indoors can make some damages to its delicate structure.
As weekend is almost here, check some of the face masks that you may easily prepare home with just few indigents and prepare your skin for upcoming spring!

In case you have a dry skin – Avocado + Honey + Coconut Oil

This is a great mask for dry, peeling and scaling skin. Both avocado and coconut oil provide deep moisture, while the honey helps to heal any chafed or raw areas.

1/2 of an avocado mix with 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil until it will become smooth. Apply to your face, avoiding your eyes, and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. At the end of the process rinse your face with warm water in the shower. Voila!

In case your skin looks puffy and toxicated – Coffee + Cocoa Powder + Honey + Yogurt

What is so special about this mask ,is that the caffeine from coffee grounds will help to reduce swelling and puffiness on your face. By adding cocoa you will apply also a source of the antioxidants which help to reduce aging.

Mix 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee with 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of honey and 3 tablespoons of yogurt. Prepared mask put on your face for about 10 minutes, and later wash it off.

In case of oily face problems – Strawberrie + Lemon + Yogurt + Honey

Either it is a full face oily problem of just the T-section, try this amazing mask to get rid of the problem. Strawberries contain salicylic acid which is great for acne-prone skin. Lemon juice helps to tighten pores and remove old, dead skin cells. Yogurt and honey have antibiotic properties. All together deliver perfect solution for your oily skin.

Mix 1/4 cup of mashed strawberries with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply evenly all over your face and let sit 8-10 minutes. Wash it off after.

In case you have egzema or acne – Oats + Honey + Yogurt
Oatmeal is great for soothing rough, angry skin and for helping to heal eczema and acne breakouts. Paired with honey and yogurt, it’s a calming and revitalizing mask for all skin types

Mix 1/3 cup of instant oatmeal with 1/2 cup of hot water. After it will cool down add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Mix it all together and apply for your face and your decolletage. Wash off after 15 minutes. Smooth skin guaranteed!

6 easy to prepare hair masks (needed ingredients you can find in your fridge)

Winter is the most challenging season for our hair. Low outside temperatures combined with dry indoor heat lead to split ends and breakage. Not to mention hats and hot air from our hairdryers. Your fabulous mane can still be kept flawless though. Winter home made hair mask can help your hair not to break, come out or become mat. Choose your favorite!

1. Not to break – Banana + Yogurt + Honey

Mix whole banana with 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Put the mixture on your hair for 15 minutes and later wash it out.

2. Not to break – Avocado + Olive Oil

Mix an avocado with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Put the mixture all over your hair, cover it with a plastic foil for 30 minutes and wash it good with a small amount of shampoo. Twice. Always wash your hair twice!

3. Not to be dry- Mango + Lemon + Honey + Olive oil

Half of a mango mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and
1 tablespoon of olive oil. Put this mixture on your dry hair for 30 minutes and wash the hair with a delicate shampoo.

4. Not to fall out – Apple Vinegar + Yolk + Lemon

2 tablespoons of apple vinegar mix with 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Rub your scalp with this mix and leave it for 15 minutes. Later wash normally. Repeat every 3 days.

5. Not to be mat – Beer + Egg

30 ml of beer mix with 1 egg. Prepared mixture put on wet hair and leave for 30 minutes under plastic foil. Wash it out properly after the suggested time.

6. To keep your great color – Chamomile / Black Tea

To highlight your hair color you can easily prepare a special mixture, which can be used for rinsing up the hair, after shampoo and mask.

To keep them more blond – Prepare an infusion from 2 teaspoons of chamomile and splash it on your hair after washing.
To keep them nice and dark – Prepare an infusion from 2 teabags of black tea and follow the instruction as above.
